Abstract
Disturbances of the urinary system were revealed in 59,3% of patients with acute pancreatitis. The timely treatment of renal insufficiency has favourable influence on the outcome of the disease. Patients with the history of acute pancreatitis should be subjected to follow-up observations in the urological unit.

在59.3%的急性胰腺炎患者中发现了泌尿系统紊乱。及时治疗肾功能不全对疾病的转归有积极影响。有急性胰腺炎病史的患者应在泌尿外科接受随访观察。
