[31P-NMR study of kinetics of 2,3-diphosphoglycerate degradation in human erythrocytes during their depletion].

2.3-Diphosphoglycerate degradation kinetics was studied under conditions of human erythrocyte depletion, using the method of 31P-NMR of high performance. The kinetic curve was shown to have a plateau during the first 1.5-2 hours after the beginning of depletion. Possible mechanisms providing for the appearance of such a plateau are discussed.
