This case report describes the treatment of a 29-year-old pregnant woman with severe anemia using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The patient, at 5 weeks of gestation, presented with a hemoglobin level of 75 g/L and had a history of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and alpha-thalassemia, which had previously led to pregnancy termination at 17 weeks. In this case, TCM was administered with a therapeutic focus on nourishing Qi and blood, tonifying the kidneys, and supporting gestational maintenance. The patient's anemia persisted throughout gestation, with fluctuating hemoglobin levels that ultimately measured 77 g/L at delivery. Despite sustained anemia and the absence of blood transfusion, the pregnancy proceeded without major complications and resulted in the full-term birth of a healthy infant weighing 2350 g.
本病例报告描述了一名29岁重度贫血孕妇的中医治疗情况。该患者妊娠5周时，血红蛋白水平为75g/L，既往有自身免疫性溶血性贫血和α地中海贫血病史，此前曾导致17周时终止妊娠。在本病例中，采用中医治疗，重点是益气养血、补肾安胎。患者整个孕期贫血持续存在，血红蛋白水平波动，分娩时最终测得为77g/L。尽管持续贫血且未输血，但妊娠过程未出现重大并发症，足月分娩出一名体重2350g的健康婴儿。
