Families play a fundamental role in an individual's emotional development and overall psychological well-being. Grounded in Family Systems Theory, this study investigates the relationship between family boundaries and spiritual well-being, specifically examining the mediating roles of family adaptability, belongingness, and cohesion. Using structural equation modeling, data from 847 participants (M = 24.25, SD = 4.96) were analyzed. Results indicated that family adaptability, belongingness, and cohesion fully mediated the association between family boundaries and spiritual well-being. No direct effect of family boundaries on spiritual well-being was found. These findings contribute to family systems theory by demonstrating that spiritual well-being is shaped not by isolated family processes but through the collective functioning of adaptability, belongingess and cohesion.
家庭在个体的情感发展和整体心理健康中起着至关重要的作用。基于家庭系统理论，本研究调查了家庭边界与精神幸福感之间的关系，特别考察了家庭适应性、归属感和凝聚力的中介作用。使用结构方程模型，对847名参与者（M = 24.25，SD = 4.96）的数据进行了分析。结果表明，家庭适应性、归属感和凝聚力完全中介了家庭边界与精神幸福感之间的关联。未发现家庭边界对精神幸福感有直接影响。这些发现通过证明精神幸福感不是由孤立的家庭过程塑造的，而是通过适应性、归属感和凝聚力的集体作用来塑造的，为家庭系统理论做出了贡献。
