Phenomenon of false plaque formation due to release of the cell contents into the surrounding environment and cell pyknosis occurred in case of replacement of physiological saline by hypertonic (10--15%) salt solutions in making the blood and tissue preparations for detection of plaque-forming cells producing autoa antibodies. This phenomenon took place with blood karyocytes of various species of animals and man with the action of different salts, for example sodium nitrate, ammonium sulphate, calcium chloride, etc. False plaque formation in hypertonic solutions failed to take place in all the cells in the preparation, i.e. depended on cell condition. This phenomenon was particularly pronounced at the period of maximal immune response of the cells.
在制备用于检测产生自身抗体的噬斑形成细胞的血液和组织制剂时,用高渗(10%-15%)盐溶液替代生理盐水会出现细胞内容物释放到周围环境以及细胞固缩导致的假噬斑形成现象。这种现象在不同动物和人类的各种血细胞中,在不同盐(如硝酸钠、硫酸铵、氯化钙等)的作用下都会发生。高渗溶液中的假噬斑形成并非在制剂中的所有细胞中都出现,即取决于细胞状态。这种现象在细胞最大免疫反应期尤为明显。
