Abstract
Kimura disease, though rare in adolescents, should be considered in cases of persistent itchy nodules. Histopathology confirms diagnosis. Surgical excision is effective for localized lesions, with favorable outcomes. Early recognition prevents misdiagnosis and unnecessary treatments.

木村病在青少年中虽罕见，但对于持续性瘙痒性结节病例应予以考虑。组织病理学可确诊。手术切除对局限性病变有效，预后良好。早期识别可防止误诊及不必要的治疗。
