Abstract

A one-pot synthesis of the pyrazolo[3,4-]pyrrolo[3,4-]pyridin-6-one skeleton has been developed using aryl methyl ketones, 3-aminopyrazoles, and enaminamides as substrates. This method features metal-free catalysis and broad substrate compatibility (36 examples). The reaction involves the formation of two C-C and two C-N bonds, while constructing a tetrasubstituted carbon stereocenter bearing a reactive hydroxyl group.

已开发出一种以芳基甲基酮、3-氨基吡唑和烯胺酰胺为底物一锅法合成吡唑并[3,4-b]吡咯并[3,4-b]吡啶-6-酮骨架的方法。该方法具有无金属催化和广泛的底物兼容性(36个实例)的特点。该反应涉及形成两个C-C键和两个C-N键,同时构建一个带有活性羟基的四取代碳立体中心。
