Miquel 1865 (Plantaginaceae) is a perennial herb found in coastal areas of north-east China, Japan, Korea, and the Far East Russia. Here, we report the complete chloroplast genome of and determine its systematic position in 11 tribes of Plantaginaceae. The size of complete chloroplast genome was 150,660 bp, consisting of a pair of inverted repeats (25,647 bp each) separated by a large single-copy region (81,766 bp) and a small single-copy region (17,600 bp). Our phylogenomic analyses using 78 protein-coding genes show that belongs to the tribe Antirrhineae. Within , is sister to Turcz.
米氏车前（车前科）是一种多年生草本植物，分布于中国东北沿海地区、日本、韩国和俄罗斯远东地区。在此，我们报道了米氏车前的完整叶绿体基因组，并确定了其在车前科11个族中的系统位置。完整叶绿体基因组大小为150,660 bp，由一对反向重复序列（各25,647 bp）组成，中间被一个大单拷贝区域（81,766 bp）和一个小单拷贝区域（17,600 bp）隔开。我们使用78个蛋白质编码基因进行的系统发育分析表明，米氏车前属于金鱼草族。在米氏车前属内，米氏车前与图氏车前是姐妹关系。
