OBJECTIVES
To explore the efficacy of DSA-guided intrathecal drug delivery system combined with Acupoint Therapy for management of cancer pain and provide reference for its standardized clinical application. Methods and.
RESULTS
Recommendations were formulated based on literature review and expert group discussion, and consensus was reached following expert consultation. The consensus recommendations are comprehensive, covering the entire treatment procedures from preoperative assessment and preparation, surgical operation process, postoperative management and traditional Chinese medicine treatment to individualized treatment planning. The study results showed that the treatment plans combining traditional Chinese with Western medicine effectively alleviated cancer pain, reduced the use of opioid drugs, and significantly improved the quality of life and enhanced immune function of the patients. Postoperative follow-up suggested good treatment tolerance among the patients without serious complications.
CONCLUSIONS
The formulated consensus is comprehensive and can provide reference for clinicians to use DSA-guided intrathecal drug delivery system combined with Acupoint Therapy. The combined treatment has a high clinical value with a good safety profile for management of cancer pain.
目的
探讨数字减影血管造影（DSA）引导下鞘内药物输注系统联合穴位疗法治疗癌痛的疗效，为其规范化临床应用提供参考。方法及结果：通过文献回顾和专家组讨论制定推荐意见，并在专家咨询后达成共识。共识性推荐意见全面，涵盖了从术前评估与准备、手术操作过程、术后管理、中医治疗到个体化治疗方案制定的整个治疗流程。研究结果表明，中西医结合的治疗方案有效缓解了癌痛，减少了阿片类药物的使用，并显著提高了患者的生活质量，增强了免疫功能。术后随访显示患者治疗耐受性良好，无严重并发症。结论：制定的共识全面，可为临床医生使用DSA引导下鞘内药物输注系统联合穴位疗法提供参考。联合治疗对癌痛管理具有较高的临床价值和良好的安全性。
