Lots of agricultural or environmental studies, researches, policy evaluations are based on Land Parcel Information System (LPIS), combined with other pedo-climatic or agro-environmental data. This is the case for example for different kinds of models, as crop models which have been used widely in France to assess ecosystemic services or carbon storage, agent-based models for watershed analyses or for models assessing erosion risks. However, integration of pedo-climatic and agro-environmental data at a high-resolution level remains challenging. Data integration is often done specifically for a study or a territory, with heavy geomatical treatments. As a new service of the Rural Development Observatory (ODR) of France's National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE), we propose a new pedo-climatic dataset. This dataset is designed at the agricultural parcel level, integrating administrative municipality data, topographic information as altitude, slope and aspect, climate grids information and also information on soils. Indeed, as a service unit, we have had different requests converging on these thematics, and we assume that an integrated open-access dataset at the parcel level can be useful for various research projects. A dataset is available for each campaign, from 2015 to 2023, for mainland France. Agricultural practices, or information on different kind of zonings, are still lacking. Their integration requires further methodological developments.
