Abstract

This study sequenced and analyzed the complete mitochondrial genome (16,571 bp) of , a species endemic to Yunnan, China. The genome contains 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, and 2 rRNAs. Phylogenetic analysis revealed a close relationship between , and . This work helps clarify the evolution of the large, paraphyletic genus and contributes to understanding the evolutionary dynamics of Cypriniformes.

摘要

本研究对中国云南特有的一种鱼类的完整线粒体基因组(16,571碱基对)进行了测序和分析。该基因组包含13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA和2个rRNA。系统发育分析显示,该鱼类与其他两种鱼类之间存在密切关系。这项工作有助于阐明大型并系属的进化,并有助于理解鲤形目鱼类的进化动态。
