Abstract
Rabbit circulating lymphocytes have been examined for the locus allotypic markers As1, As2 and As3 using the mixed antiglobulin reaction. These determinants cannot be as easily demonstrated as the locus determinants As4, As5 and As6. Undiluted antiserum is required and even then the percentage of reacting cells is low. The specificity of the reaction was checked by an inhibition procedure.
