A regimen of low-dose insulin infusion (0.1 IU/kg/h) for the treatment of children with diabetic ketoacidosis is given. The regimen is safe, simple, effective, and minimizes the dangers of hypoglycemia and hypokalemia, In addition a selective bicarbonate therapy is proposed.

采用低剂量胰岛素输注方案（0.1 IU/kg/h）治疗儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒。该方案安全、简单、有效，且能将低血糖和低钾血症的风险降至最低。此外，还提出了选择性碳酸氢盐疗法。
