Abstract
A method is described for coupling γ-globulin to ferritin using glutaraldehyde. Isolation of the conjugate is achieved by ammonium sulphate precipitation. The conjugate is free from uncoupled ferritin or γ-globulin and the coupled antibody retains full activity. Preparation of pure active conjugate takes about 2½ hours.
