Nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) dye test, Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) contact sensitization reaction, and purified protein derivative (PPD) skin test were carried out in a group of 80 women. The results showed a significant depression in all the three tests in cases who were anemic.
对一组80名女性进行了硝基蓝四氮唑（NBT）染料试验、二硝基氯苯（DNCB）接触致敏反应和纯化蛋白衍生物（PPD）皮肤试验。结果显示，贫血患者的这三项试验结果均显著降低。
