[Demonstration of staphylococcal enterotoxins by polyacrylamide gel immunodiffusion].

The use of a polyacrylamide gel in immunodiffusion reactions and particularly in the staphylococcal antiserum-enterotoxin precipitation reaction, is set forth. The advantages shown by this gel are: possibility to obtain different gel lattices, tansparency, mechanical resistance, low cost.
