The degree of albuminuria following hephroangiography with the ionic contrast medium Urografin, the non-ionic Amipaque and a recently synthesized non-ionic contrast medium with the code name C 29 was compared. Significantly less albuminuria was caused by C 29 than by the other two contrast media.
