Abstract
The choice of standard drugs to be used in clinical trials must be based on consideration of human absorption data, characteristics, possible interactions, comparative efficacy and safety, previous data regarding the standard in relation to the syndrome to be studied, and correlation of blood levels, effectiveness and safety.
