Abstract
Drug economy has always been and will continue to be important for hospitals. Substitution, as an aid to economy, requires reappraisal in the light of our developing knowledge of formulation and resultant bio-availability. The continued unqualified use of generic names in teaching and prescribing requires re-examination as a part of the problem and this highlights the need for better communication between medicine and pharmacy.

药品经济性一直以来对医院都很重要，并且未来仍将如此。作为一种节省费用的手段，药物替代需要根据我们对制剂和由此产生的生物利用度不断发展的认识进行重新评估。在教学和开处方中持续不加区分地使用通用名作为问题的一部分需要重新审视，这凸显了医学和药学之间加强沟通的必要性。
