Abstract
The formation of Leptospira colonies on solid culture media varying in composition were studied. In all species of Leptospira 3 main periods of colony development were revealed, each of them having its characteristic morphological changes connected with the growth of the colony deeply into agar.

研究了钩端螺旋体在成分各异的固体培养基上菌落的形成情况。在所有钩端螺旋体菌种中，均发现了菌落发育的3个主要阶段，每个阶段都有其与菌落在琼脂中深层生长相关的特征性形态变化。
