Abstract
The effects of various doses (100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg) of acetylcholine on the mast cells of the dura mater was studied in white rats by electron microscopy and the Falck fluorescent method. The qualitative and quantitative differences were found in the processes of accumulation and removal of monoamines depending on the drug dosage. The data obtained allow to suggest the stimulating effect of acetylcholine on monoamine secretion.
摘要
通过电子显微镜和福尔克荧光法，研究了不同剂量（100毫克/千克、200毫克/千克和500毫克/千克）的乙酰胆碱对白色大鼠硬脑膜肥大细胞的影响。根据药物剂量的不同，在单胺的积累和清除过程中发现了定性和定量的差异。所获得的数据表明乙酰胆碱对单胺分泌有刺激作用。
