Abstract
During the last 20 years 242 patients have undergone ileal conduit urinary diversion at our hospital. Although only 11 per cent of the renal units showed damage after the ileal conduit there was a progressive risk of renal deterioration with increasing time and obstruction was its major cause.

在过去20年里，我院有242例患者接受了回肠代膀胱尿流改道术。尽管回肠代膀胱术后仅有11%的肾单位出现损害，但随着时间的推移，肾脏恶化的风险呈渐进性增加，梗阻是其主要原因。
