Abstract
Accumulation of eosinophils in the lymph node of conventional piglets after a single stimulus by a bacterial antigen is described. Stimulation of colostrum-deprived piglets by the same antigen failed to induce the same response. It is suggested that passively acquired colostral antibodies combine with the injected antigen to form eosinophilotactic complexes. The significance of this mechanism is discussed.

描述了常规仔猪在受到细菌抗原单次刺激后，嗜酸性粒细胞在淋巴结中的积聚情况。用相同抗原刺激初乳缺乏仔猪未能诱导出相同反应。有人提出，被动获得的初乳抗体与注射的抗原结合形成嗜酸性粒细胞趋化复合物。并讨论了这一机制的意义。
