Abstract
Two cases of coeliac disease occurring in children with cystic fibrosis are presented. Both cases had low disaccharidase levels in intestinal biopsies even after 1 year on a gluten-free diet.

本文报告了两例患有囊性纤维化的儿童发生乳糜泻的病例。即使在采用无麸质饮食1年后，两例患者的肠道活检中双糖酶水平仍较低。
