11 patients with atopic eczema have been treated using oral photochemotherapy. During the initial phase, complete clearing or more 80% improvements was obtained in 9 of them. However recurrences occured in most of the patients during maintenance therapy. On the whole, failure were observed in 5 patients and good or very good results in 3 patients. 3 patients discontinued therapy after the initial treatment.
11例特应性皮炎患者接受了口服光化学疗法治疗。在初始阶段，其中9例患者实现了完全清除或改善超过80%。然而，大多数患者在维持治疗期间复发。总体而言，5例患者治疗失败，3例患者取得了良好或非常好的效果。3例患者在初始治疗后停止了治疗。
