Abstract

Single total 1 beta 7Cs irradiation of mice of colony SHK increases the incidence of tumors in female animals. Ovarian tumors would develop irrespective of the mice age to the moment of irradiation. The increased frequency of appearance of tumors of the mammary glands was noted in older female animals. Radiation enhances the development of tumors of the hematopoietic system in female animals and hepatic and pulmonary tumors in males. An average life survival is decreased in young females exposed to the irradiation.

对SHK群体的小鼠进行单次全身1β7Cs照射会增加雌性动物的肿瘤发病率。无论照射时小鼠的年龄如何,都会发生卵巢肿瘤。在年龄较大的雌性动物中,乳腺肿瘤的出现频率增加。辐射会促进雌性动物造血系统肿瘤以及雄性动物肝脏和肺部肿瘤的发展。接受照射的年轻雌性动物的平均生存寿命缩短。
