[A rare case of Friedreich's atoxia with cardiac involvement: the torsade de pointe (author's transl)].

The Authors describe a case of Friedreich's ataxia complicated by an unusual arrhythmia, torsade de pointes, the only manifestation of cardiac involvment in this patient. Then some hypothesis of etiopathogenetic mechanism of this rhythm disturbance in patients affected with Friedreich's ataxia are proposed.
