In the medical center of the Anna mine of the Eschweiler Bergwerksverein 3000 chest-roentgenograms per year are to be diagnosed. Apart from coal workers pneumoconiosis pathological lung findings are rare. In this report 9 lung findings are demonstrated briefly. Differentialdiagnosis and literature are discussed.
