[Differentiation of serum iodine-metry using A. Pischinger's method (electrometric titration)].

A method is described for the separate identification of the iodine and the bromine binding out of a methanolic dilution of serum. The estimation is made by use of electrometric titration (dead-stop method). Using this method one can measure unsaturated fatty acids of two different categories by titration with or without addition of potassium iodide.
