[Prognosis in epilepsy and tactics to be applied in terminating anti-epilepsy therapy].

This paper compares basic concepts published by eminent epileptologists, supplementing them by a specific analysis of 350 case records. The author, on the basis of data reported in the literature and the results of his own investigations, makes concrete recommendations for the discontinuation of anticonvulsives in the treatment of epilepsy.
