[Modifications of platelet function induced by ASA. I. Effects on aggregation].

The inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation. induced by a single dose of 1g'per os or e.v. of ASA, has been studied in normal subjects by the method of Born. The results suggest the possibility of pharmacological effect control in thrombotic prevention.
