The sum of the skin surface lipids, the alkali neutralization time and the alkali resistance of the skin were determined in 15 uniovular and 26 binovular pairs of twins. The mean difference between both twins were evaluated. These were then correlated with the average absolute values. A genetical regulation of the investigated factor can be assumed when the relative mean differences were significantly smaller in the uniovular twins than in the binovular twins. An influence of genetical factors could be demonstrated for the above three parameters. From the results it is assumed that the influence of genetical factors is also of quantitative importance.
对15对单卵双胞胎和26对双卵双胞胎测定了皮肤表面脂质总量、皮肤的碱中和时间及耐碱性。评估了双胞胎之间的平均差异,然后将这些差异与平均绝对值进行关联。当单卵双胞胎的相对平均差异显著小于双卵双胞胎时,可假定所研究因素存在遗传调控。已证实遗传因素对上述三个参数有影响。从结果推测,遗传因素的影响在数量上也很重要。
