Three cell cultures of C3H mouse strain--L, MMT1 and embryonic fibroblasts have different sensitivity to cytolytic action of allogeneic antiserum and to immune lymphocyte action. A sensitivity to cytolytic action of antiserum for these cultures is correlated with the amount of corresponding transplantation antigens. A sensitivity to cytolytic action of immune allogeneic lymphocytes is correlated with the amount of corresponding antigens as well as cell with properties determining the level of lymphocyte sorption on them.
C3H小鼠品系的三种细胞培养物——L、MMT1和胚胎成纤维细胞，对同种异体抗血清的溶细胞作用和免疫淋巴细胞作用具有不同的敏感性。这些培养物对抗血清溶细胞作用的敏感性与相应移植抗原的量相关。对同种异体免疫淋巴细胞溶细胞作用的敏感性与相应抗原的量以及具有决定淋巴细胞在其上吸附水平特性的细胞相关。
