Abstract

In experiments on male albino rats m-choline blocking agents, atropine and benactyzine potentiated the stimulating effect of l-DOPA on emotional reactivity and aggressiveness, while physostigmine antagonized behavioral effects of l-DOPA. Both the choline blocking agents and physostigmine lowered the brain dopamine accumulation rate after introduction of l-DOPA, at the same time raising the level of homovanilic acid dopamine metabolite. It is suggested that the effect of cholinergic compounds on emotional reactivity and aggressiveness of the animals depends in part on the activity of the brain dopaminergic system.

摘要

在对白化雄性大鼠进行的实验中,M胆碱阻断剂、阿托品和苯那辛增强了左旋多巴对情绪反应性和攻击性的刺激作用,而毒扁豆碱则拮抗了左旋多巴的行为效应。胆碱阻断剂和毒扁豆碱在引入左旋多巴后均降低了脑多巴胺积累率,同时提高了多巴胺代谢物高香草酸的水平。提示胆碱能化合物对动物情绪反应性和攻击性的影响部分取决于脑多巴胺能系统的活性。
