[Resection of a primarily inoperable Ewing's sarcoma of the pelvis (author's transl)].

A primarily inoperable Ewing's sarcoma in a 10 yrs. old boy arising from the pelvis was totally resected following preoperative T-6 chemotherapy and radiotherapy. A new approach to the treatment of Ewing's sarcoma is discussed.
