Bilateral subdiaphragmatic vagotomy in rats 7 days after surgery results in increasing proliferative activity of the jejunum epithelium not changing circadian rhythm of the mitotic process. Vagotomy induces changes in the diurnal rhythm structure of DNA-synthesis in the jejunum epithelial cells, i.e. monoapical rhythm in the norm becomes biapical.
大鼠术后7天进行双侧膈下迷走神经切断术,可导致空肠上皮细胞增殖活性增加,而有丝分裂过程的昼夜节律不变。迷走神经切断术会引起空肠上皮细胞DNA合成的昼夜节律结构发生变化,即正常情况下的单峰节律变为双峰节律。
