Among 65 necropsies of children aging between 10 days and 15 years three cases of spontaneous letal hemorrhage from a solitary vascular angioma in the brain were observed. In two cases a sudden death occured. The third child died unexpectedly after years of noncharacteristic clinical nervous symptoms. In all cases the diagnosis of connatal vascular malformation was established by necropsy.
在对65名年龄在10天至15岁之间的儿童进行的尸检中，发现3例因脑内孤立性血管性血管瘤导致的自发性致命性出血。其中2例突然死亡。第3例儿童在出现多年非特异性临床神经症状后意外死亡。所有病例均通过尸检确诊为先天性血管畸形。
