Abstract
A repetitive cycle: hypothesis-experiment-analysis is typical for construction and evaluation of models in pharmacokinetics. A general strategy is outlined to meet the requirements of correct modelling, proper experimental design, careful experiments, valid parameter estimation and model identification.
