A case of seminoma in an abdominal testis is presented in which abnormal liver enzyme as well as elevated human chorionic gonadotropin levels were present which returned to normal after surgical extirpation of the primary lesion. A review of pertinent literature and implications of these unusual findings are presented.
本文报告一例腹腔睾丸精原细胞瘤病例，该病例存在肝酶异常以及人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平升高的情况，在原发性病变手术切除后这些指标恢复正常。文中还对相关文献进行了综述，并阐述了这些异常发现的意义。
