The alcohol problem on the road.

Alcohol is the most important single cause of road accident fatalities and injuries. Recent legislative countermeasures extend the community's capability to detect and eliminate drinking drivers from the road and additionally identify road casualties with alcohol problems. Improved facilities are urgently required for re-education and rehabilitation programmes.
