The effect of the combined administration of cyclophosphane and pyrogenal was studied on mice with sarcoma 37 and Ehrlich carcinoma. It has been found that pyrogenal potentiates the antitumor effect of cyclophosphane and reduces the toxic action of this drug, thus making the survival of animals longer.
研究了环磷酰胺与热原质联合给药对患有肉瘤37和艾氏癌的小鼠的影响。已发现热原质可增强环磷酰胺的抗肿瘤作用，并降低该药物的毒性作用，从而延长动物的生存期。
