Abstract
Patients undergoing maintenance haemodialysis exhibited at a regular level of ascorbic acid in plasma a decreased concentration of ascorbic acid in leukocytes. Therefore, the ascorbic acid should be administered in a high dosage to patients undergoing chronic haemodialysis, in order to prevent a vitamin-C deficiency in leukocytes.
摘要
接受维持性血液透析的患者血浆中抗坏血酸水平正常，但白细胞中抗坏血酸浓度降低。因此，应给予慢性血液透析患者高剂量的抗坏血酸，以预防白细胞中的维生素C缺乏。
