The epidemiological development of sarcoidosis in GDR is discussed in consideration of age, sex, case-finding, and various forms of disease. In several districts of GDR incidence of sarcoidosis is different. Till now no proof exists for the assumption, that these differences are based on objective causes. The curves of incidence and prevalence in relation to age and sex are discussed and interpreted.
本文从年龄、性别、病例发现及疾病的各种形式等方面，探讨了民主德国结节病的流行病学发展情况。在民主德国的几个地区，结节病的发病率有所不同。到目前为止，尚无证据证明这些差异是基于客观原因这一假设。文中对发病率和患病率与年龄及性别的关系曲线进行了讨论和解读。
