Experimental work was carried out to study the effect of periodate and neuraminidase on the J-specific and non-J-specific immunohaemolysis of bovine erythrocytes. The method of quantitative immunohaemolysis was applied for the determination of immunohaemolytic sensitivity. Both the periodate and neuraminidase treatment, while increasing J-specific immunohaemolysis, resulted in non-J-specific haemolysis. Periodate treatment that followed a neuraminidase one, however, decreased the enhancement of J-specific immunohaemolysis and resulted in a significant increase of non-J-specific haemolysis. The maximum increase of non-J-specific haemolysis was found in erythrocytes highly sensitive to anti-J-serum.
开展了实验工作以研究高碘酸盐和神经氨酸酶对牛红细胞J特异性和非J特异性免疫溶血的影响。采用定量免疫溶血法测定免疫溶血敏感性。高碘酸盐和神经氨酸酶处理在增加J特异性免疫溶血的同时,均导致非J特异性溶血。然而,在神经氨酸酶处理之后进行高碘酸盐处理,会降低J特异性免疫溶血的增强效果,并导致非J特异性溶血显著增加。在对抗J血清高度敏感的红细胞中发现非J特异性溶血的增加最为明显。
