Respiration and oxidative phosphorylation were studied in liver mitochondria of rats with experimental peritonitis. Peritonitis did not cause any distinct alterations in the functional state of liver mitochondria. Activity of main mitochondrial enzymes was only slightly altered. Inactivation of metabolic toxins occurred in cytoplasm of hepatocytes, i. e. out of mitochondria. Addition of peritoneal exudate at various dilutions to intact isolated mitochondria caused uncoupling of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation.
对患有实验性腹膜炎大鼠的肝脏线粒体进行了呼吸和氧化磷酸化研究。腹膜炎未引起肝脏线粒体功能状态的任何明显改变。主要线粒体酶的活性仅略有改变。代谢毒素的失活发生在肝细胞的细胞质中,即在线粒体之外。将不同稀释度的腹膜渗出液添加到完整的分离线粒体中会导致呼吸和氧化磷酸化解偶联。
