Abstract
A case of squamous cell carcinoma infiltrating the stroma of cystosarcoma phylloides malignum is reported. A short review of prognosis and therapy is given on comparable cases. It is not uncommon to find squamous cell metaplasias in the dilated ducts of cystosarcoma phylloides. The combination of squamous cell carcinoma with this tumour, however, is a rarity.

报告了一例鳞状细胞癌浸润恶性叶状囊肉瘤间质的病例。对类似病例的预后和治疗进行了简要综述。在叶状囊肉瘤的扩张导管中发现鳞状细胞化生并不罕见。然而，鳞状细胞癌与这种肿瘤的组合却很罕见。
