Abstract

Gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGTP) and beta-glucuronidase activity were measured with commercial kits in 104 ejaculates. The two enzyme activities showed a positive correlation and GGTP activity was significantly correlated with sperm number and citrate concentration. GGTP activity is probably from prostatic origin. Ejaculates with abnormal liquefaction had a lower mean GGTP activity compared with ejaculates which showed normal liquefaction. In contrast beta-glucuronidase activity did not show such a difference.

摘要

使用商用试剂盒对104份精液样本测定了γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGTP)和β-葡萄糖醛酸酶活性。两种酶活性呈正相关,且GGTP活性与精子数量和柠檬酸浓度显著相关。GGTP活性可能源于前列腺。与液化正常的精液相比,液化异常的精液平均GGTP活性较低。相比之下,β-葡萄糖醛酸酶活性未显示出这种差异。
