Fibrinolytic activity of cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood was studied in 14 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage during the high-risk period of subarachnoid rebleeding. Fibrinolytic activity of cerebrospinal fluid or peripheral blood could not be demonstrated. Determination of fibrin degradation products showed high levels in cerebrospinal fluid, being a result of meningeal irritation. The findings in this study--as well as other observations--suggest, that antifibrinolytic therapy should not be administered in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
对14例蛛网膜下腔出血处于蛛网膜下腔再出血高危期的患者,研究了其脑脊液和外周血的纤溶活性。未证实脑脊液或外周血有纤溶活性。纤维蛋白降解产物的测定显示脑脊液中水平较高,这是脑膜刺激的结果。本研究的发现以及其他观察结果表明,蛛网膜下腔出血患者不应接受抗纤溶治疗。
