The subfraction of AFP was examined in 11 amniotic fluids at 43-121 days of gestation by lentil lectin crossed-line affinity immunoelectrophoresis. AFP in the amniotic fluid could be separated into four subfractions (type A, B, C, and D) according to reactivity with lentil lectin. Types A and C seem to be produced by the fetal liver, and types B and D by the yolk sac. However a part of type B may be synthesized in the fetal liver.
通过扁豆凝集素交叉亲和免疫电泳法,对11份妊娠43至121天的羊水甲胎蛋白亚组分进行了检测。根据与扁豆凝集素的反应性,羊水中的甲胎蛋白可分为四个亚组分(A、B、C和D型)。A型和C型似乎由胎儿肝脏产生,B型和D型由卵黄囊产生。不过,B型的一部分可能在胎儿肝脏中合成。
