The concentrations of immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA and IgM) have been determined in tissues of human benign prostatic hypertrophy by means of different immunological techniques. Results obtained show that IgA is quantitatively the most important immunoglobulin in prostatic tissue. Treatment with anti-androgens can change the Ig-pattern, in particular the levels of IgA and IgM.
已通过不同免疫技术测定了人类良性前列腺增生组织中免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgA和IgM）的浓度。所得结果表明，IgA在前列腺组织中在数量上是最重要的免疫球蛋白。用抗雄激素治疗可改变免疫球蛋白模式，尤其是IgA和IgM的水平。
